Night Auditor

Holiday Inn Express Gillette is hiring a part time night auditor. Candidates must have great work ethic, excellent work habits and a great team player.

We are looking for Guest Service Agents with outstanding communication skills to join our team working 11pm - 7am. Our Guest Service Agents will provide support to the hotel's guests and staff members by answering questions, solving issues and closing out one day's business and starting the new day in our computer system.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in person or on the phone; process reservations, answer questions, and provide information about amenities or local attractions.
• Answer phones and greet guests; share hotel policies and answer guest questions; register guests for in-room services such as room service, valet parking, or movies.
• Arrange for the delivery of goods and services to the rooms of guests such as messages, room service orders, local transportation arrangements, golf clubs, and theater tickets.
• Follow up with customers to obtain feedback on their stay.
• Communicate with other staff members.
• Cleaning duties are required.
• Setting up our Express Start Breakfast each morning.
• Security walks of the hotel.
• Shoveling snow during season.
• Picking up the trash in all public areas of the hotel and taking to the dumpster.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 30 per week
