GENERAL SUMMARY:

This role involves providing excellent customer service, processing shipments, receiving inventory, and managing documentation. Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, preparing packing lists, monitoring inventory, handling billing, and scanning necessary documents. The position also requires collaboration with various teams to ensure
accuracy in shipments, inventory, and records.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and/or RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Represents the company by providing excellent customer service through prompt and accurate responses
· Sends ASN's to customers through BASE2
· Process Ship Confirmations
· Receives inventory into JDE
· Prints and distributes kanbans to Material Handlers (T1 and T2)
· Schedule tier II shipments and expedites as needed
· Prints and distributes Tier II customer's packing lists and bill of ladings
· Prepare and receive direct shipment orders
· Monitor back-order list and short ships
· Process Toyota Billing
· Process SIA mass production paperwork/labels daily
· Scan all shipping/receiving documents to the Inventory Control Specialist
· Scan mail received to accounting email.
· Prints customer labels for shipping
· Participates in cycle counts and physical inventories
· Communicates with Material Handlers, SV, Shipping & Warehouse members to ensure accuracy of shipments,
purchasing, inventory levels and record keeping
· Check orders input by customer service

MINIMUM EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
· High School diploma, GED or equivalent, 1-3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment or a combination of experience and education

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· None

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:
· Valid Driver's license

COMPUTER SKILLS:
· Proficient in Office 365 or related software is required.
· JDE

· While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts.
· The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
· Ability to work with minimal supervision.
· This position requires the employee to work on site 100%of the time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour
