We are seeking a highly skilled Inventroy Control Specialist to manage our inventory processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Control Specialist to join our supply chain and warehouse management team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in jewelry, fashion or related areas and be responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels, analyzing stock data, and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain management, warehouse distribution, and inventory control systems. The Inventory Control Specialist will play a critical part in ensuring accurate stock levels, effective procurement, and seamless order fulfillment across various channels, including e-commerce and retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels using ERP systems and Excel procuremnt model.
• Conduct data mining and data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and root causes of inventory issues.
• Perform demand planning, forecasting, and stock replenishment to optimize inventory turnover.
• Collaborate with procurement teams on sourcing strategies, supplier management, and contract negotiations.
• Utilize data visualization and supply chain analytics to support decision-making.
• Implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy, reduce excess stock, and streamline warehouse operations.
• Conduct root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies and develop corrective action plans.
• Manage category management initiatives to optimize product stocking strategies across multiple channels.
• Support financial analysis related to pricing, inventory valuation, and financial modeling related to supply chain activities.

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of supply chain management, procurement, and logistics processes.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems, ERP platforms and data analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection, data visualization, demand planning, and supply chain analytics.
• Excellent negotiation skills for supplier management and sourcing activities.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement process improvements effectively.
• Experience with inventory management techniques including stock rotation, materials handling, and order fulfillment.
• Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures as well as contracts management in a retail or e-commerce setting.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60, $80,000.00 per year
