Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Greater Orlando for a Senior Sales Representative at Toshiba Business. The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting Toshiba's portfolio of copiers, printers, and innovative document solutions. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating terms, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently. The role also involves staying updated with industry trends and driving customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience with a strong ability to manage client accounts and achieve sales targets
  • Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with copiers, printers, managed document services, and digital signage, or experience in a related field is preferred
  • Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and managing multiple client accounts
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and data management systems
  • Self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and a results-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience within the technology or business solutions industry is a plus
