We manage a variety of rental properties and pride ourselves on providing responsive, reliable, and professional service to our tenants. We're looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our properties running smoothly.

Position Overview
The Maintenance Technician will handle a wide range of service requests, from flooring repairs to appliances and HVAC systems. This role requires someone who is hands-on, personable, and eager to take on different challenges each day.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests for rental properties, including (but not limited to) flooring, A/C units, refrigerators, washers, dryers, plumbing, and general repairs.
• Diagnose problems quickly and effectively, and complete repairs to a high standard.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with tenants, property managers, and team members.
• Maintain flexibility to handle work orders that come in at random times.
• Keep detailed records of work completed and parts used.

Requirements

• Must have a reliable car or truck for transportation.
• Must have a working cell phone for calls and texts.
• Must provide own tools to complete repairs.
• Flexible availability, including occasional after-hours needs (Emergencies only).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Positive, personable attitude with good communication skills.
• Previous maintenance experience preferred, but not required if you are skilled and motivated.
