Cook II – Job Summary

The Cook II is a mid-level culinary position responsible for independently managing assigned stations with consistency and quality. This role executes prep, production, and service across multiple areas, including line cooking and banquets, while maintaining food safety and presentation standards. The Cook II assists in training Cook III team members and supports the overall flow of the kitchen during high-volume service. This position requires strong technical skills, efficiency, and adaptability.
