Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
  • Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
  • Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
  • Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
  • Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
  • Identify and report damaged goods or any security issues.
  • Support overall logistics operations and team goals.
  • Perform duties involving regular lifting and physical exertion.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently.
  • Proficiency in using basic warehouse tools and equipment.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, stoop, and lift for extended shifts.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Experience or willingness to learn about logistics and supply chain management.
