Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Identify and report damaged goods or any security issues.
- Support overall logistics operations and team goals.
- Perform duties involving regular lifting and physical exertion.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently.
- Proficiency in using basic warehouse tools and equipment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, stoop, and lift for extended shifts.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Experience or willingness to learn about logistics and supply chain management.
