Join our thriving logistics team in Phoenix, Arizona, as a Warehouse Worker! This role is fundamental to the efficient operation of our distribution center, encompassing a variety of essential tasks. You'll be involved in receiving and unloading shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders accurately, and preparing goods for outgoing shipment. A strong focus on detail and a commitment to maintaining organized workspaces are key. We are dedicated to fostering a safe work environment, and adherence to safety protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is paramount. This position requires physical stamina, including extended periods of standing, walking, and regular lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock and organize products within the warehouse according to established procedures.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare outbound shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies safely.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory verification.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and mandatory PPE requirements.
- Report any workplace hazards or safety concerns immediately.
- Perform duties involving frequent lifting and movement of goods.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and consistently use required PPE.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Capability for regular lifting, up to 50 lbs.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
