Your primary responsibilities will include receiving incoming goods, accurate stocking, efficient picking and packing of orders, and preparing shipments. Maintaining a safe and secure work environment is critical, and you will be required to follow all established safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position demands physical fitness, including the ability to perform frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and work well in a team setting. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming inventory.
- Put away stock in assigned warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items for outbound orders using pick lists or scanners.
- Package items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and use required PPE.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Follow all directives from supervisors and management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices.
- Familiarity with basic logistics concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a physically demanding role.
- Willingness to comply with PPE requirements.
