Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders based on customer specifications.
- Verify order details against product SKUs to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and sealing.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory movements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming inventory.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety.
- Properly use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Meet or exceed daily productivity goals for picking and packing.
- Participate in inventory counts as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Capability of lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic computer skills for using scanning devices and WMS.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
Working Conditions:
This position is based in a warehouse setting and requires significant physical activity. You will be on your feet for most of your shift. The environment can be fast-paced and may involve working in varying temperatures. Adherence to all safety protocols and the use of appropriate PPE are mandatory to ensure a safe and productive experience in our logistics operations.
