Job Summary:
Our expanding fulfillment center in Nashville, Tennessee, is seeking motivated Fulfillment Associates to join our team. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Your duties will include picking products, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment. This fast-paced role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality. You will be an integral part of our Logistics network, contributing to customer satisfaction. We are committed to providing a safe and supportive work environment, emphasizing proactive Safety measures.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from inventory based on order requirements.
  • Inspect items for quality and ensure correct product is selected.
  • Pack orders carefully and efficiently, using appropriate materials.
  • Label packages with shipping information and prepare for dispatch.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts and stocktaking activities.
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
  • Properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

Requirements:
Must be capable of performing tasks involving regular Lifting, up to 40 pounds. Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or Logistics role is preferred. A strong emphasis on workplace Safety is required. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Must be able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Good communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility with work schedule, including potential overtime. Reliability and a positive attitude.
