We are seeking enthusiastic Picker/Packers to join our fast-paced fulfillment center in Orlando, Florida. This role is central to our commitment to delivering products to our customers quickly and accurately. You will be responsible for accurately picking items based on customer orders, carefully packing them for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. This position offers a dynamic work environment where efficiency and attention to detail are highly valued. You'll be part of a team dedicated to seamless Logistics and excellent customer service. We maintain a strong focus on Safety and provide the necessary training and equipment to ensure a secure workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order lists.
- Inspect products for defects before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Stage completed orders for shipping carriers.
- Maintain an organized and clean workstation.
- Contribute to maintaining overall warehouse organization and cleanliness.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as required.
Requirements:
Must be able to perform tasks involving moderate Lifting, typically up to 40 pounds. Prior experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar Logistics role is advantageous. A dedication to Safety and following procedures is critical. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure. Excellent attention to detail. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods. Team player with good communication skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends. Reliable and punctual attendance.
