Join our innovative fulfillment center in San Jose, California as a Fulfillment Associate! We are looking for motivated individuals to support our e-commerce operations by efficiently processing orders from receipt to shipment. This dynamic role encompasses picking, packing, and shipping products with speed and accuracy. You will be instrumental in ensuring customer orders are fulfilled to the highest standards. A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining a safe and organized work environment, and adherence to all company Safety policies, including the diligent use of PPE, is mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Verify product information and quantities against order details.
- Use scanning devices and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory.
- Prepare shipments by labeling boxes and ensuring correct packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Assist with receiving, put-away, and stocking of inventory.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Follow all company Safety regulations and procedures.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of required PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals within our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in fulfillment, warehousing, or logistics is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting, up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using warehouse technology (scanners, WMS).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety best practices.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Must consistently wear and use required PPE.
