As a Warehouse Worker, your responsibilities will span receiving, processing, storing, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You will be an essential part of a team focused on accuracy, speed, and maintaining a safe working environment. We emphasize Safety above all else; therefore, all employees must follow strict Safety guidelines and wear the provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires physical capability for tasks including significant Lifting, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and accurately stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders based on customer requests and internal demands.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of warehouse spaces.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment like pallet jacks.
- Assist with inventory counts and checks.
- Strictly adhere to all Safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Support overall logistics goals through efficient task completion.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform manual labor and consistent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations is helpful.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Punctual and dependable.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and the use of PPE.
