This role is essential for the smooth operation of our logistics hub, ensuring efficient handling of goods and timely fulfillment of orders. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in a wide range of activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. Your primary goal will be to contribute to a productive and safe working environment. This position requires physical dexterity, the ability to perform frequent Lifting, and a strong commitment to following all Safety procedures, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). We are looking for individuals who are reliable, organized, and work well both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders with precision and efficiency.
- Prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed (training provided).
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with stocktaking.
- Adhere to all Safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals in logistics.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to comply with all Safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE.
