In this role, you will be instrumental in handling various aspects of warehouse management, including the receiving and processing of goods, accurate order picking and packing, and preparing shipments for timely delivery. Your day-to-day activities will involve physical tasks, teamwork, and a strong focus on maintaining a safe and orderly workspace. We prioritize a secure environment, so adherence to all Safety guidelines and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. This position requires a good level of physical fitness, the ability to handle significant Lifting, and a commitment to meeting operational targets. Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and stock incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring Safety standards are met.
- Operate manual and powered equipment (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory verification.
- Follow all company Safety policies and wear required PPE.
- Contribute to efficient warehouse operations and logistics flow.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to follow Safety instructions and wear PPE.
