We are seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic team in Sacramento, California. This role is crucial to our daily operations, ensuring efficient handling of goods from arrival to dispatch. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our logistics operations running smoothly. Your duties will include receiving, processing, and storing incoming inventory, picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently, and preparing outgoing shipments. You will also be involved in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, which is paramount for safety and productivity. Adherence to all company policies and procedures, especially those concerning safety, is expected at all times. This position requires physical stamina and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment according to company standards and deadlines.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Adhere to all Safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, contributing to overall team success.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform heavy Lifting, up to 50 pounds consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, as needed.
