Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our team in Boise, Idaho. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe movement of materials within our warehouse. This role is essential to our logistics operations, requiring precision, reliability, and a thorough understanding of forklift operations and warehouse Safety. If you are a certified forklift operator with experience in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks) safely and efficiently to move, stack, load, and unload materials.
  • Inspect forklift equipment before and after use, reporting any maintenance or safety issues.
  • Transport materials to and from designated areas within the warehouse, ensuring accurate placement.
  • Assist with receiving and shipping operations, including staging and verifying goods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all Safety regulations.
  • Perform accurate inventory counts and assist with inventory management tasks.
  • Follow all company procedures and protocols for material handling and logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with all Safety guidelines, including wearing appropriate PPE.
  • Collaborate with warehouse team members and supervisors to optimize workflow.
  • Contribute to a culture of Safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications:
  • Valid forklift operator certification is required.
  • Proven experience operating various types of forklifts in a warehouse setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including occasional Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
  • Strong understanding of warehouse Safety procedures and regulations.
  • Excellent spatial awareness, hand-eye coordination, and judgment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must consistently wear and properly use required PPE.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to workplace Safety and logistics efficiency.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
