We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team in Kansas City, Missouri. This role is fundamental to our daily operations, involving the efficient handling of goods, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. As a Warehouse Worker, you will contribute directly to our Logistics success by ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all tasks. We emphasize a strong Safety culture, and all employees are expected to adhere to Safety procedures and utilize appropriate PPE. This position requires individuals with the physical capacity to perform tasks such as Lifting and prolonged standing, coupled with a commitment to reliability and teamwork. Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Replenish inventory stock on shelves.
- Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Perform stock counts and inventory checks.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and Safety guidelines.
- Wear required PPE, including safety vests and gloves as needed.
- Be able to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Support the overall Logistics function of the warehouse.
- Contribute to maintaining a high level of Safety awareness and practice.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work well with others in a team setting.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to follow instructions and learn new skills.
- Must be physically able to perform job duties, including Lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Commitment to Safety and adherence to all workplace rules.
