We are hiring a motivated Warehouse Associate for our facility in Huntsville, Alabama. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our warehouse operations, handling a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and preparing goods for shipment. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and efficiency in a fast-paced logistics environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock inventory accurately into designated locations.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare products for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and order selectors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Utilize appropriate lifting techniques for safe material handling.
- Wear and maintain all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Support the smooth flow of goods within our logistics network.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physically demanding tasks for the entire shift.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- A strong understanding of warehouse safety practices is essential.
