We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Associate at our Charlotte, North Carolina location. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks supporting our logistics operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role requires individuals who are physically fit, detail-oriented, and dedicated to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. You will work as part of a team to ensure that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your contribution is vital to the success of our distribution center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory.
- Stock merchandise in appropriate warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if qualified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working area.
- Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Follow all established safety guidelines and procedures.
- Utilize proper lifting techniques to handle products safely.
- Wear and maintain all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist in maintaining the efficiency of our logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move for the duration of the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following instructions.
