We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in San Antonio, Texas. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in the accurate and timely processing of customer orders. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork. You will be responsible for various tasks related to order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment. Attention to detail is paramount to ensure that customers receive the correct products in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order tickets.
- Pack items securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify order accuracy before shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Understand and implement proper lifting techniques.
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
- Familiarity with logistics operations is beneficial.
