Responsibilities:
- Process incoming shipments, verify contents, and stock inventory.
- Accurately pick products for customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare outbound shipments and load onto transport vehicles.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with reconciliation.
- Comply with all safety regulations and use required PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to perform frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain concepts.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Awareness of and adherence to safety protocols and PPE usage.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
