We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role is crucial to our daily operations, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of goods. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. A strong commitment to Safety and attention to detail are paramount in this position. We operate in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team is essential. You will be expected to adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to inventory management and quality control. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Store merchandise in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to customer requirements.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all housekeeping standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Follow all Safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper use of PPE .
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including attendance and punctuality.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics .
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
- Must wear required PPE at all times.
