Position Profile The Outside Sales Associate is HOLLY HUNT's primary face to the customer. This role is responsible for building strong relationships with designers and clients, supporting informed purchase decisions, maximizing sales across HOLLY HUNT and Represented Brand Partners, and ensuring an exceptional, seamless customer experience. The goal is to make designers successful with their clients while positioning HOLLY HUNT as an easy and trusted partner to do business with. Primary Responsibilities but not limited to: Maintain a full calendar of outside sales appointments, including presentations in designers' offices and in the showroom Travel throughout assigned local and outer territories to visit current and prospective clients. Partner and attend Trade Shows. Tailor sales materials to create concise, curated presentations aligned with client needs Provide accurate and timely reporting to management, including call reports and client business updates Be accountable for individual sales goals and execution of strategic business plan initiatives Identify and pursue new client relationships while nurturing and growing existing accounts Manage leads, track opportunities, and register projects accurately Set clear client expectations regarding products, pricing, lead times, and deliverables Develop a deep understanding of clients' business needs, project timelines, and priorities Conduct organized and timely follow-up for all presentations and client interactions Provide ongoing after-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction Update client libraries and ensure clients have access to the most current products and resources Stay informed on new product launches and relevant company updates Attend vendor trainings as required to maintain product and industry expertise Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of sales experience required Experience in both residential and commercial markets preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) Organized, detail-oriented and ability to multi-task Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Compensation range for this role is $60,000.00 - $75,000.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors. You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
