Daily Responsibilities:
* Plan and administer prescribed PT treatment programs; help restore your patients’ function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following illness, disease, or injury
* Take your patient’s medical history
* Conduct tests and measures to identify potential and/or existing problems your patients are facing
* Complete re-examinations as needed
* Develop discharge plans
Requirements:
* Must be a licensed driver. Ability to travel to all business locations.
* Ability to commute to our corporate location for supplies at least once per week and/or every other week for mandatory meetings

Required Experience/Skills:
* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy
* Proof of current CPR.
* Current driver’s license.
* One year as a Physical Therapist with at least one-year of management experience in a home care, hospice or equivalent environment.
Job Types: Part-time, PRN
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
