Summary:
The People Analytics Analyst is a key member of the People Analytics and Compensation Team at Cook Children's. You will have shared accountability for the success of the People Analytics function. You work under the supervision of our Manager of People Analytics and Data and assist with data collection, analysis, reporting and system maintenance that inform compensation and human resources decisions and strategy.
In this role, you will apply strong analytical and technical skills. You will routinely partner, and work in concert, with other HR functions, including HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, and HRIS to advance Cook Children's HR and Compensation strategies.
You will maintain an understanding of and ensures compliance with applicable state and federal employment and wage and hour laws. To be successful in this role, you will need to have an understanding of compensation and other human resources functions. You will rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and analytic reporting.
Experience 2+ years of experience in a substantially similar role Demonstrated proficiency navigating ERP systems software as evident by prior work experience Demonstrated proficiency with analytical tools, including Microsoft Excel Demonstrated proficiency with Workday
Education Bachelors degree in finance, HR, Business, or related field. In lieu of degree, 4 years of progressive experience in a substantially similar role
