Responsibilities:
  • Receive, verify, and store incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick, pack, and assemble customer orders with high attention to detail.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks).
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system updates.
  • Keep the distribution center clean, organized, and hazard-free.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent bending, standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Understanding of logistics and inventory management principles.
  • Commitment to following all safety regulations and wearing required PPE.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed.
