Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Stage merchandise for put-away and storage.
- Accurately retrieve items to fulfill customer orders using pick lists or scanners.
- Package items securely and ensure proper shipping documentation is attached.
- Assist with loading outbound shipments and unloading inbound shipments.
- Maintain an orderly and clean workspace, following all safety guidelines.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment as trained and authorized.
Must be able to consistently lift up to 50 lbs. Capable of prolonged standing and walking throughout the shift. Prior experience in a distribution center or logistics role is beneficial. Must be diligent in following safety standards and utilizing PPE. Strong teamwork and communication skills are necessary. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently under pressure. Excellent attention to detail. Reliable transportation and punctuality are required.
