We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for processing all incoming shipments accurately and efficiently. Your duties will include verifying delivery contents against purchase orders, inspecting goods for damage, and documenting all received items into our inventory system. This role requires meticulous record-keeping and a strong commitment to Safety procedures. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. While this role is primarily administrative, it may involve some moderate Lifting and moving of packages. A good understanding of warehouse operations and a familiarity with inventory management software are highly desirable. You will work closely with vendors, warehouse staff, and management to ensure a smooth receiving process. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for liaising with various stakeholders.
