Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Accurately stock and organize materials on shelves and in designated areas.
- Pick and pack orders with precision and efficiency.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse workspace.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory control tasks, such as cycle counts.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- Prior warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
Working Conditions:
This position involves consistent physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Work is performed in a warehouse environment, which may be subject to temperature variations. A strong focus on safety is critical; all employees are expected to use designated PPE and adhere to established safety protocols to ensure a secure and productive experience within our logistics operations.
