Our Los Angeles, California facility is looking for a meticulous Inventory Clerk to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our product inventory. The Inventory Clerk will be responsible for tracking stock levels, conducting cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring that all inventory data is up-to-date and accurate. You will work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to support efficient operations and prevent stockouts or overstock situations. A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach are key. We are committed to a safe and organized warehouse environment, providing all necessary tools and training.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts of inventory items.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Record and report inventory data accurately.
- Maintain organized storage of inventory items.
- Assist with receiving and put-away of incoming goods.
- Generate inventory reports as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all warehouse Safety regulations.
- Properly use and maintain warehouse equipment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar role. Ability to perform tasks involving moderate Lifting. Understanding of inventory management principles and practices. Familiarity with warehouse operations and Logistics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in inventory management software is a plus. Must be able to stand, walk, and climb ladders if necessary. Excellent organizational skills. Commitment to workplace Safety and adhering to all guidelines.
