Job Summary:
Are you a detail-oriented professional looking for a challenging role in inventory management? We have an exciting opportunity for an Inventory Control Specialist at our Dallas, Texas facility. In this position, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular cycle counts, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies, managing stock rotation, and ensuring optimal stock levels. You will work closely with the warehouse operations and logistics teams to implement best practices in inventory control and minimize losses. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of warehouse management systems. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and profitability of our operations. A commitment to Safety, including the proper use of PPE, is paramount. Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Monitor stock levels and identify potential shortages or overages.
  • Implement and enforce inventory control procedures.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Work with logistics and operations teams to improve inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate records in the inventory management system.
  • Ensure compliance with Safety regulations and proper use of PPE.
  • Assist in receiving and put-away processes as needed.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to perform moderate Lifting and operate warehouse equipment if necessary.
  • Knowledge of logistics principles and warehouse operations.
  • Understanding of Safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
