This role involves a variety of tasks including loading and unloading materials, picking and packing orders, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a vital role in our Logistics chain, ensuring that products are handled with care and delivered on time. Responsibilities:
- Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately.
- Receive and put away incoming inventory.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse work areas.
- Conduct inventory counts as needed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to strict Safety guidelines and protocols.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Be able to perform tasks involving significant Lifting of materials up to 70 lbs.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our Logistics operations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Must be able to perform the physical demands of the job, including Lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Commitment to Safety and following all guidelines.
