Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order requirements.
- Verify product codes and quantities for each order.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Ensure packed orders are ready for shipment and properly labeled.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Use proper lifting techniques when handling products.
- Wear designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Contribute to team efforts to meet daily picking and packing targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role is beneficial.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles is a plus.
- Dedication to workplace safety.
