We are seeking enthusiastic Warehouse Associates to join our growing team in Orlando, Florida! This position is essential for the smooth operation of our distribution center, playing a key role in our overall logistics network. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, contributing to the efficient handling and movement of goods. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and precision.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all company policies.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts to ensure accuracy of stock levels.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking and processing.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Must be able to perform frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets.
- Understand and contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
- Follow all safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks efficiently.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
- Participate in warehouse maintenance and organization efforts.
High school diploma or GED required. Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Physical stamina to perform tasks including significant lifting, standing, and walking. Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE. Good communication and teamwork skills.
