We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team in Des Moines, Iowa. This role is essential for supporting our daily Logistics operations. Responsibilities include a variety of tasks such as receiving and stocking goods, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. You will contribute to maintaining an organized and safe warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to follow instructions precisely, and possesses a strong sense of responsibility. While previous warehouse experience is beneficial, we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and grow. We place a high priority on Safety, and adherence to all safety regulations, including the use of PPE, is mandatory. Join us and become a key part of our supply chain.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock merchandise in designated areas.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear required PPE at all times.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our Logistics department.
Requirements:
Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds. Good attention to detail. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Basic understanding of warehouse operations. Reliable and punctual. Team player. Commitment to workplace Safety. Must be eligible to work in the United States.
