We are hiring enthusiastic Fulfillment Associates for our busy fulfillment center in Sacramento, California. In this role, you will be a key player in our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include picking items from inventory, carefully packing them for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. You will work with a team to meet daily fulfillment targets, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and adhere to all safety procedures. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working at a steady pace in a dynamic environment. This position requires the ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting items up to 35 lbs. A strong commitment to safety, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and gather items for customer orders using pick lists or scanners.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and protocols, including wearing required PPE.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory tasks as needed.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding order status and issues.
- Participate in team efforts to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar role is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 35 lbs consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Good communication skills.
