This role is essential for ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of products from receipt to shipment. You will engage in a variety of tasks, including stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse. Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Receive and accurately stock incoming inventory.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other equipment safely.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and storage areas.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and other inventory control tasks.
- Load and unload freight as needed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to logistics and warehouse operations.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform repetitive Lifting of goods up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail for order accuracy.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
