We are hiring motivated Fulfillment Associates to join our dynamic logistics team in Boston, Massachusetts. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders within our state-of-the-art fulfillment center. Your responsibilities will include picking items from inventory, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. Success in this position requires a keen eye for detail, a commitment to productivity, and a strong adherence to safety protocols. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and must be able to manage multiple tasks effectively. We emphasize the importance of safety, requiring all team members to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow established guidelines for lifting and material handling. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and eager to contribute to our logistics success. Your role is critical in maintaining customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order fulfillment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order details.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for outbound shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and fulfillment area.
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and update order status.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear designated PPE.
- Assist with receiving and stocking duties as needed.
- Meet or exceed daily fulfillment targets for accuracy and speed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in fulfillment, warehousing, or a related logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform lifting duties up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of warehouse safety standards and the importance of PPE.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
Working Conditions:
- Warehouse environment requiring movement throughout the shift.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing.
- Adherence to all safety regulations and use of assigned PPE is mandatory.
