You will work closely with the receiving and shipping departments to ensure that all inventory movements are recorded accurately and efficiently. This position requires excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with data. A commitment to safety is essential, and you will be expected to follow all warehouse safety protocols and wear the necessary PPE. While the role primarily involves data management and verification, there may be occasional needs for lifting items up to 30 pounds. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Update inventory records in the WMS accurately.
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory items.
- Assist with receiving and shipping processes as needed.
- Identify damaged or expired stock and process accordingly.
- Maintain organized inventory storage areas.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and use appropriate PPE.
- Generate inventory reports for management.
- Support overall logistics and supply chain efficiency.
