The Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding commercial team.
Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through outbound calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.
Utilise automated multi-touch sequences to effectively nurture prospects.
Craft compelling, personalised messaging to engage senior stakeholders.
Confidently articulate Brand Nudge’s value proposition and handle objections effectively.
Maintain accurate lead and activity data within CRM systems (Hubspot experience ideal but not essential).
Achieve and exceed KPIs on outbound activity, pipeline generation, and downstream lead conversion.
Collaborate with marketing and sales colleagues to refine outreach strategies and messaging.

Requirements
Proven experience (1+ Years) and success in outbound calling and lead generation (B2B SaaS environment preferred).
Previous experience in SaaS or Data & Analytics sales advantageous.
Strong Academic Background.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
High resilience, intellectual curiosity, and a hunger to achieve results.
Achieve high outbound call & outreach volumes each day while maintaining the highest quality of interaction.
KPI-driven mindset with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Confident using CRM and sales engagement tools.
