As Sourcing Manager – IT, you will take ownership of the Network and Voice category, bringing category strategy to life and leading sourcing initiatives end-to-end. Working closely with stakeholders across IT, Legal, Risk, Supplier Relationship Management and the wider business, you will act as a trusted advisor while delivering measurable commercial value.
Key responsibilities
Developing and delivering a robust category strategy for Network and Voice services.
Building strong, influential relationships with senior stakeholders and business partners
Leading procurement best practice activities, including RFx processes, commercial and contract negotiations.
Championing Third Party Risk Management and ESG considerations across all sourcing activity
Identifying global leverage opportunities and collaborating with international procurement teams.
Managing onboarding of new suppliers and service extensions to maximise financial, operational and risk benefits.
Monitoring market trends and supplier innovation to drive continuous improvement.
Ensuring supplier contracts and records are accurate, secure and compliant with information security standards.
About You You’ll be a confident, commercially minded procurement professional with experience operating in complex, global environments. You’re comfortable managing multiple initiatives at pace and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
You’ll bring
A strong track record of leading sourcing projects, negotiations and supplier relationships.
Experience working with senior stakeholders across different regions and cultures.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
The ability to prioritise effectively with close attention to detail.
