In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order sheets or electronic pick lists, ensuring the correct quantity and product are selected. You'll use equipment like pallet jacks and order pickers to navigate the warehouse efficiently. Maintaining an organized and clean workspace is crucial for maximizing productivity and upholding safety standards. This position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on meeting performance targets. Significant Lifting will be a regular part of your duties. We prioritize the well-being of our employees and require strict adherence to all Safety protocols, including the correct use of provided PPE . Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using pick lists
- Verify picked items against order details
- Transport picked items to the packing/shipping station
- Operate manual and electric pallet jacks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation
- Meet daily picking quotas and quality standards
