We are seeking a diligent Fulfillment Associate for our Milwaukee, Wisconsin location. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders. Your responsibilities will include picking items from inventory, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. A keen eye for detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment are essential. This is a dynamic role within our growing logistics operation, offering a great opportunity to contribute to our success. We provide all necessary PPE and emphasize rigorous Safety training. Responsibilities: Accurately pick products from warehouse inventory based on order tickets. Pack items carefully and efficiently, ensuring they are prepared for safe transit. Verify order accuracy before and after packing. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to warehouse standards. Follow all company policies and procedures, especially those related to Safety . Operate equipment such as pallet jacks safely and effectively. Contribute to team goals and overall warehouse productivity. Meet established performance metrics for picking and packing. Ensure all outgoing shipments are properly labeled and staged. Proper use of all required PPE is mandatory. This role is a critical component of our Logistics fulfillment process.
