As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and order sheets.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipping.
- Package products securely and efficiently, ensuring items are protected during transit.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Meet established performance metrics for productivity and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret order sheets and RF scanner data.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
