We are looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to join our growing logistics hub in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts to move, stack, load, and unload materials within our distribution center. Your primary focus will be on maintaining optimal workflow, ensuring the integrity of goods, and adhering to all company policies and safety regulations. This position is key to our warehouse's operational success and requires a professional who is highly attentive to detail and committed to maintaining a secure work environment. You will conduct pre-operation checks on forklifts, report any maintenance needs, and keep your work area tidy. Significant Lifting may be involved when preparing loads or moving pallets. All employees are required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all Safety procedures diligently.
