Join our dynamic fulfillment center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, as a Picker/Packer! This role is essential for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for accurately picking items from shelves based on order tickets and then carefully packing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order lists.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, using appropriate packing materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Operate manual and electric pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and follow all safety guidelines.
- Wear and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by company policy.
- Assist with receiving and stocking duties as needed to support logistics operations.
- Participate in inventory counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Perform tasks involving lifting and moving items, often up to 25 pounds.
- Contribute to a high-performance team focused on efficient order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand order tickets and product labels.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Experience with lifting and moving products of varying weights.
- Team-oriented and able to communicate effectively.
- Understanding of basic warehouse and logistics procedures.
- Willingness to comply with safety regulations and use PPE.
