Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and report discrepancies.
- Unload and load trucks using appropriate equipment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Store inventory in designated locations, maintaining an organized and clean warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently based on customer requirements.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely and proficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and identify stock discrepancies.
- Prepare goods for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, ensuring all safety standards are met.
- Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Demonstrate proficiency in lifting and moving various items throughout the workday.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
