Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS.
  • Monitor stock levels and identify potential shortages or overages.
  • Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.
  • Track the movement of goods within the warehouse.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory.
  • Coordinate with receiving and shipping departments to reconcile stock.
  • Promote a safe working environment, adhering to all safety guidelines, including PPE usage and proper lifting techniques.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software and WMS.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to organize and manage large amounts of data.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles.
  • Awareness of safety procedures, including PPE and safe lifting.
