Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS.
- Monitor stock levels and identify potential shortages or overages.
- Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.
- Track the movement of goods within the warehouse.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory.
- Coordinate with receiving and shipping departments to reconcile stock.
- Promote a safe working environment, adhering to all safety guidelines, including PPE usage and proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and WMS.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to organize and manage large amounts of data.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Awareness of safety procedures, including PPE and safe lifting.
